– Clarity – Everyone who works with us as active partners or passive partners should all know what is going on. We will not only provide monthly or quarterly updates. There will also be consistent contact with investors to make sure we are providing them with information and returns.

– The Long Haul – We are hear to have cash flow and make money. We do not look for the “get rich quick” promotion. Typical cycles for investing is 3-5 years. Some will be longer.

– Honesty – When reviewing properties to invest in, we want to be as accurate as possible. So, we do not play with the numbers to make them work. If the project doesn’t make sense, we don’t pursue it.

– Why – Why do you invest (money prestige, legacy)? Why do you want to NOT do this deal? The second is more important than the first.
