Dan has over 20 years in the construction industry. He is well versed in construction starting out as site superintendent working up through the ranks into his current role as a Sr. Estimator. He has worked for General Contractors as well as sub-contractors. Dan has currently partnered in over 700 doors.
Tonya Baillargeon
Co-Founder and Partner
Tonya has a back ground in many areas which help with asset management. 4 years experience in property management. 2 years trading experience with initiating stock trades. 20 years in the insurance industry. Tonya has currently partnered in over 700 apartments.
Ed Modzel
Sr. Advisor
Ed has been a real estate investor since 1981 with a focus on multifamily apartments since 2017. He is currently a general partner in 14 multifamily assets consisting of 1,278 units with another 427 under contract.
Ed is a CRE coach, hosts a weekly multifamily investor Meetup and is a member of an elite nationwide mastermind group.
While proudly serving in the US Navy for 6 years, he met his wife Pilar and they have been married over 41 years. They are proud parents to 3 beautiful daughters and recently have a new grandson.
Ed retired as Chief Engineer with a 10-time Emmy Award winning TV show in 2015 to dedicate more time to real estate and his family.
